We use the information you submit to:
- Respond to your registration, volunteer sign-up, or counseling request.
- Send you a confirmation email acknowledging your submission.
- Notify our ministry team internally so the right person can follow up with you.

Confidentiality of Counseling Requests
Information submitted through the Counseling Session Request form is treated with care and confidentiality and is only shared with the counselor and ministry leadership directly involved in your care. Please do not include urgent or emergency information in this form — if you are experiencing a crisis, please contact local emergency services or a crisis helpline directly.
